How does it work?
Find a home
Use our search tool to select the region where you are interested in finding a home to swap.
Apply filters
Customize your search using the filters that best suit your needs. You can also filter listings to show only homes whose tenants are interested in swapping within your area.
Contact the advertiser
Once you find a home that interests you, you can contact the advertiser to learn more about the details and see whether both parties are interested in making the swap.
Arrange the swap
If you reach an agreement, both parties will need to arrange the home swap with their respective landlords and meet the necessary requirements to formalize the new rental agreement.
What is RentForEx?
RentForEx is a platform designed for people who are renting a home and want to move to a different one. We connect users who are in a similar situation, making it easier to swap homes and find an option that better suits their needs.
RentForEx is not intended to replace traditional rental platforms such as Idealista or Fotocasa. Our goal is to complement these solutions and expand the options available to people who want to move to a different home.
In this way, RentForEx creates a meeting point for tenants who want to move, making it easier and faster to find a more suitable alternative.
